# Hideez Dongle Installation via Setup Application

{% hint style="info" %}
If you haven't purchased the Hideez Bluetooth Dongle yet, you can evaluate whether it will resolve your Mac's Bluetooth issues by downloading and running the [Hideez Dongle Setup](https://update.hideez.com/DongleApp/Release/HideezDongleSetup.dmg) application. This utility helps identify whether the problem stems from internal hardware limitations or can be fixed by using the dongle.
