# Troubleshooting

## If the dongle does not appear:

* reconnect the dongle;
* try another USB port;
* reboot the computer;
* run `lsusb` again;
* verify that Bluetooth is not disabled in BIOS/UEFI;
* avoid using USB 3.0 ports if the dongle behaves нестабільно;
* test with another Bluetooth device.

## If Bluetooth settings show no adapter, try:

```bash
sudo systemctl restart bluetooth
```

Then run:

```bash
hciconfig
```

again.
